Hydraulic breakers
Grand Recycle is the leading European importer of AY HEAVY hydraulic hammers, sourced from South Korea. These breakers are known for their durability and strength, and are built using traditional Korean techniques. Founded in 2015 by Mr. Jung and managed by Mr. Koo, the company has years of experience in the crusher world and has made some patented modifications to the hammers. For example, it is possible to service the control valve from above without dismantling the hammer, which improves efficiency and user-friendliness. In addition, the hammers have thicker rods, an aligned piston, a chisel blocking system and vibration damping for maximum production. As standard, the hammers are equipped with idle blow impact protection and automatic lubrication. In our range we always keep hammers for 1 to 24 ton machines in stock, while the heavier hammers can be delivered quickly from the factory. All standard parts are in stock, so that a basic overhaul can be carried out immediately. At Grand Recycle we strive for quality, efficiency and customer satisfaction.
